A warm welcome to the DGPs/ÖGP Congress 2024 in Vienna!

Dear colleagues and friends,

We are delighted to welcome you to the joint DGPs/ÖGP Congress 2024 in Vienna! We are excited to host this academic event and connect with you, our fellow psychological scientists.

Vienna has a rich history in academic psychology. Famous psychologists such as Sigmund Freud, Charlotte Bühler, Franz Brentano, and Marie Jahoda called it their home. The congress will take place in the beautiful building of the University of Vienna, located directly in the heart of the city. The traditional main building, built in the late 19th Century under the architect Heinrich Ferstel, provides a perfect backdrop for our event.

The congress proper will kick off on Monday, September 16th, 2024, but workshops will already start on Saturday, September 14^th, and Sunday, September 15^th, 2024.

Below, you find the most important dates regarding submissions, registration, etc. For the sake of simplicity, we have kept the website largely in English to provide easy access to information for our foreign guests as well. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any questions, but make sure you read the FAQs first!
