Report an Incident

We value the trust you place in us and respect the importance of a safe and secure conference environment at the DGPs 2024. That is why we have developed this anonymous reporting tool.

If you have witnessed or experienced any actions or behaviors at or around the DGPs 2024 that violate our Code of Conduct, we strongly encourage you to share your experience here. Your report will play a critical role in helping us ensure that our community remains respectful, inclusive, and welcoming for everyone.

We understand that coming forward with such reports can sometimes be difficult, which is why we have made this tool completely anonymous. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us; we have taken steps to ensure that your identity is not disclosed without your consent.

Please take a few moments to provide as much detail as you feel comfortable sharing. Each question is designed to help us understand the situation fully and take appropriate action. Remember, your responses are completely anonymous unless you choose to provide your contact details.
