Recycling

We aim to minimize waste by promoting recycling: Bins for separate collection of different waste materials will be offered.

Water Consumption

For water consumption at the congress, attendees are kindly requested to bring their own reusable bottles and cups with them, and refrain from using disposable PET bottles. Vienna's drinking water comes directly from the mountains and is of excellent quality. In addition to the possibility of refilling bottles at the conference venue, there are approximately 980 drinking fountains located in public areas acrosss Vienna.

Name Badges

We kindly ask participants to return their name badges at the end of the conference.

Single-Use Items

We strive to reduce the use of single-use items: Instead of using plastic dinnerware, we have opted for sustainable alternatives, and further ask participants to bring their own writing materials and/or write on their notebooks or tablets.
