Technical Equipment

All rooms are equipped with PCs or laptops for PowerPoint presentations. To allow uploading of all presentations on the same presentation PC prior to your presentation session, please bring your PowerPoint presentation on a USB stick at least 15 minutes prior to the start of your session. It is recommended not to use your personal laptop for presentations, as it may cause delays during transitions between presentations.

Posters

Posters should be in portrait format and have a DIN A0 size: 84,1 (wide) x 118,9 cm (high). Pins for mounting the posters will be available at the venue.

Wi-Fi

During the congress, wireless internet access via education roaming (eduroam) is available. Members of associated universities and research institutions can access the Wi-Fi at the University of Vienna with their login data.

Participants not affiliated with associated Universities will have the option of Wi-Fi guest access. Access codes will be provided automatically to all participants, and handed out together with the name badge at the beginning of the congress.
